Food Truck / Food Vendor
Participation Terms - 2023
- This participation application and terms are for placement on the street or in the Food Truck HUB for the Day of the Dead event October 28th 2023 from 11am - 6pm.
- Each business is fully responsible for their set up / take down / safety of any items set up etc. and agrees to not hold the Old Town Association liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur.
- You may not host any additional businesses within your booth, space, trailer, or truck.
- This event may cancel due to weather. Submitting an application is acknowledgment that there will be no refunds for the event canceling or not showing up the day of the event. **for the 2023 event we are working on a backup plan that would include food trucks and vendors! More info upon request.
- Failure to follow all rules and terms may result in your removal from the event without refund and may jeopardize your ability to participate in future Old Town Association events.
- All food vendors must email your MN State license as well as comply with the City of Mankato Food Licensing to info@oldtownmankatomn.com
- All food vendors must email a copy of your insurance to info@oldtownmankatomn.com
Booth Fee Online Payment
Early fees are due by September 1 for participation. The fee structure is based on what location you prefer.
Locations:
Food Truck HUB with electric $200 early bird / $225 after September 1st.
Riverfront Drive $75 early bird / $100 after September 1st.
** Please include " 2022 Food Vendor Day of the Dead Fee" & your business name when submitting an online payment.
